You are a doctor and you have a patient with terminal desease, he chooses that he want to die but the law does not allow you to do it. What would you do?
I can´t would help him die cause I don´t have the courage to kill a person whatever be the razon. I´ll help serching a doctor that is available to do it.
It's impossible for my in this context to break the law, probably if I do it I'll help to someone but if the authority catch me, I'll lose my job and probably my liberty.
If the law says I can’t assist his dead then I wouldn’t do it, even if I know he is in terrible pain because of the illness, it’s just not right for me to do it without a legal support because then it would be considered a homicide and I could end up in jail.
There is a reason for everything, so I would try to help him until he die. But I can't help him to die, I don't feel comfortable.

If the patient has a terminal desease in which he suffers a lot and can not stand his pain, I think I'll help him to die.
