It depends in the relationship I have with both, but I think I would save my mom, because my grandma is older and as a mom she would like to save her daughter.
I'll save to my mom. I have an awesome relationship with my granny but she already lived more than my mom. (I prefer to give more time to my mom in this world)
I also think that it depends in the relationship that I have with them, like if I have a great relationship with both of them is obvious that I would choose my mom. But also, the life style that they’ll have after this situation, for example, one of them could be left paralyzed from waist down and the other could end up in a vegetative status, in that case I think I would save the one that is more likely to have a better life quality.
