You're married and very very in love about this person. One day this person kill a man accidentally in the forest and you are the only witness. Then, you would tell at authority or you keep the secret?
If my husband accidentally killed him we would not have to hide, he would call the police, and would leave everything like it happend, finally, I would tell the cops everything and we would face the trial together, otherwise it would be a secret that torments us and if they discover us later it would be worse. So I would tell the police.
I think I would tell the police because it would be a secret that would not let me live quietly and that would probably ruin the relationship with my husband.
I wouldn't tell it to the police, if I was the only witness then no one else knows what happened, so I would try to go through that event with my partner without lose him\her
I think the dilemma here is if you’re going to declare against them, because there’s a body and the authorities will know about this crime, but for all I know about law, you’re not obligated to do it if you’re married; however, if I’m sure that it was truly an accident or in self-defense I could do it, because my declaration could help them in the end.
I would encourage him to tell the authorities and help him being with him and accompanying him all the time, but he could not let go of the fact that the other family is worried about that person
In my opinion, there´s not exceptions if you are relating with a murderer; She could be the love of my life, but if she kills someone, i´ll tell the police. Even for my benefit of stay safe
